 Healthy Smoothies

To make smoothies, you need a blender, fruit, veggies and either milk, yogurt or water. Smoothies supply your brain with all the vitamins and nutrients it needs for mental clarity. It will also strengthen your immune system. A strong immune system protects you from degenerative diseases. Most fruits contain antioxidants that neutralize free radicals that have been linked to diseases, such as cancer.


Green Smoothies Keep you Slim

Smoothies are quick and easy to prepare for breakfast or lunch.
Regular intake of especially green smoothies will keep you slim and healthy.










Celery, Avocado, Cucumber and 
Apple Smoothie
One small avocado pear
One celery stalk sliced
One cucumber sliced
One apple
Two tablespoons aloe gel
One cup of apple juice
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Spinach, Mango, Papaya
and Banana Smoothie

One cup shredded spinach
One cup mango cut into chunks
One cup papaya cut into chunks
One frozen banana sliced
Half a cup apple juice
Place the frozen banana into blender.
Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth
.
Apple, lemon and Carrot Smoothie
Two carrots cut into pieces
Juice of small lemon
One apple
Two tablespoons aloe gel
One cup yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Grapes Banana and Strawberry
Smoothie














One frozen banana
Four large strawberries
Handful of grapes
A cup of soy milk
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Carrots, Papaya and Orange Smoothie














One cup of papaya chunks
One orange
One carrot
Half a cup of water
Put water in blender.
Add rest of ingredients.
Blend until smooth.

Celery, Pear and Apple
Smoothie















One celery stalk sliced
One pear quartered, one apple quartered
One cup of yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender,
except the yogurt. Blend.
Add yogurt. Blend again until smooth.

Cucumber, Banana, Apple Juice
and Yogurt Smoothie

One banana peeled and sliced
Half a cucumber cut into pieces
Half a cup apple juice
Half a cup yogurt
Place banana and cucumber in blender.
Blend. Add rest of ingredients.
Blend until smooth.

Beet Greens, Apple and
Strawberry Smoothie

Bunch of shredded beet greens
One apple quartered
Few strawberries
One cup of water
Pour water into blender.
Add beet greens and blend.
Add rest of ingredients
Blend until smooth.

Radish Tops, Mango and
Banana Smoothie

One frozen banana
Mango cut into chunks
Radish tops shredded
Add one cup of water
Add radish tops and blend.
Add rest of ingredients.
Blend until smooth.

Celery, Cucumber, Kale
Spinach and Apple

One sliced celery stalk
One sliced cucumber
One kale leaf
One handful spinach
One apple
One cup of apple juice
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Banana, Apple and Pineapple Smoothie













One banana
One apple
One cup pineapple cubes with juice
Two tablespoons aloe gel
Half a cup plain yogurt
Tablespoon honey, pinch of cinnamon
Place ingredients into blender. Blend.

Weight Loss and Aloe Vera

Aloe detoxifies your body. Regular intake of Aloe Vera gel increases your metabolism and contributes to weight loss. To use in smoothies, use the aloe gel. The gel is tasteless if you remove any attached green pieces.
