Freeze bananas that you want to use in a smoothies. Bananas go off very soon. Peel them first then place in a container to freeze. You may slice them into smaller portions.

Banana Apple and Avocado Smoothie
1 cup apple juice
1 banana, chopped and peeled
Half a cup apple pieces
Half a cup avocado
Place all ingredients in the blender
Blend until smooth
Serve in a glass.
