Vitamin K Protection Against Cancer

Vitamin K which is found in green vegetables as well as in meat, eggs, cheese and fermented plant food such as miso.
Vitamin K protects against cancer and also works together with vitamin D to supply calcium to the bones.
A deficiency of this important vitamin shows up in easy bruising and blood in urine and stools.
