How To Microwave Corn On The Cob
8 unhusked corn-on-the-cob
Cheesy butter
Arrange up to 4 corn cobs in the cooker
Microwave at 100’ high for the following times, according to
the number of corn cobs used.
For 1 allow 3 to 5 minutes
For 2 allow 4 to 9 minutes
Turning over half the cooking time.
For 3 allow 9 to 12 minutes
For 4 allow 10 to 13 minutes
Turning after every 4 minutes.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then , using a piece of
absorbent paper, hold the corn with the tip pointing up.
Pull back the husk leaves, being careful to avoid the steam.
Pull the silky strands away sharply in the other hand
Serve with the cheesy butter.
