As this plant seems to be a miracle plant it makes sense to add the aloe vera gel to your smoothies. The gel is tasteless so what do you have to lose. Apple, Pear, Banana and
Aloe Vera Gel Smoothie
One apple quartered
One pear quartered
One frozen banana sliced
Half a cup aloe vera gel
(or two tablespoons)
Half cup soy milk
Tablespoon honey
Place frozen banana,
apple and pear into blender.
Blend. Add rest of ingredients.
Blend until smooth
Papaya, Pear, Banana and Aloe
Vera Gel Smoothie
One pear quartered
Half a papaya cut into chunks
One frozen banana
Half a cup of Aloe Vera Gel
(or two tablespoons)
Half a cup apple juice
Place frozen banana into blender.
Add other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Cucumber, Apple, Lemon and
Aloe Vera Gel Smoothie
One cucumber sliced
One apple quartered
Juice of one lemon
Half a cup of apple juice
Half a cup of Aloe Vera Gel
(or two tablespoons)
Place ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
