Avocados














Omega 3 fatty acids in avocados promote a healthy heart and brain. It contains an antioxidant, lycopene and strengthens the immune system.  High vitamin E content neutralizes free radicals and help to reverse memory loss in Alzheimer’s. Avocados contain vitamin A, C, D, E and K, as well as potassium and B vitamins, thiamine, niacin, biotin, and riboflavin. Avocados are one of the richest sources of the catalase enzymes. 













Gooseberries have anti-bacterial, astringent, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. They are rich in antioxidants that protect against free radicals which is the cause of serious diseases. They also contain vitamin A which is good for vision and some vitamin C, B6, B5, folic acid, and fiber, as well as minerals such as copper, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and iron. Gooseberry increases production of insulin which is effective in treating diabetes. Kale is high in vitamin C which strengthens your immune system. It is also high in calcium which prevents osteoporosis.
It is high in vitamin A, ensures good vision. It is anti-inflammatory which help with arthritis and contains vitamins C, A, E, K, thiamin, riboflavin and folic acid. As well as minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese and potassium. Kale has high amounts of fiber and is low in calories. It also helps in weight loss.
